In the comics Naruto volume 30 was told that Team Kakashi and Team Gay has made it to the Akatsuki hideout. There they met with two members of Akatsuki, Deidara and Sasori, and they found Garaa already weak helpless. Seeing this, Naruto is helpless to contain her emotions alone.
